SO the job search begins.....
This is not fun, I would rather watch 90210 all day.
So far, I sent my resume to ONE place, the seniors home where my zeidi lived. They are looking for a recreation director.
In the meantime, someone just hired me to make a scrapbook for them!
Im going back to the hairdresser now, because I need help with my bangs!

I can't believe this. I have not had bangs in 15 years. I went to get a haircut today, and she said: do you want bangs. I said no. She later said, do you want bangs, I said no. How could I have bangs! I have curly hair. Then I thought, why not. I have nothing else exciting going on. So I did it.
The bangs are straight, the hair is curly. I have no idea if this is a style!
I did something productive today! I went to school and had an appointment with someone who helps write resumes. There was this whole big office devoted to helping students: career placement, health services...... Who knew????? After 4 years at Concordia, I never took advantage of any of it! I met with a guy named Ryan, he was very very nice and helpful. I said I was embarrassed to not have known about the FREE services, he said not many people do.
He helped me fix up my resume, he said it looks good and im on the right path!
Now all I have to do is hand it out........ hmmmm
Besides feeling bloated all weekend, we had a good time up north. We snowshoed a bit, jumped off the balcony, and made the best snowman that we can. (next week we will make a bigger one!)
Sunday late afternoon, my parents went back home, and we watched about 5 hours of 24.
SC is in the process of moving, and boy is it a job!
Tomorrow will be a long day, as we plan to open on Friday. We got new shelving for the paper, each plastic shelf has to be unwrapped and hooked on to the wall. (we have thousands of paper)
Things are still in boxes, but so far we still have lots of room for new stuff. Everyday now we will get new products....
I cant wait to see them! Im glad im working all these extra hours, $$$
My beautiful car was on empty today, it cost me 61.88$ to fill up! How crazy is that. My dad drove it to the gas station, I wanted him to make sure it isn't going to blow up, its been driving very bouncy lately. He says its as good as new! I love my Buick Regal 1992, given to me by the best grandpa in the world!
Tonight since we are snowed in, mom and I were alone for dinner.
We had bagels, cream cheese and lox, and I had the genius idea to add avocado to it, just like in the sushi rolls. Was delicious!
My brother loves avocado, too bad he does not eat cream cheese or lox. :)
Today at work everything was 50% off because of the big move, it was a zoo! My feet hurt so much by 5 oclock. Then in took me 20 minutes to clean my car, every time I finished one section, I had to redo it! Driving home I couldnt see more than 4 feet in front of me.
My dad was supposed to come home from florida friday night, he has been stuck in Ohio ever since. He is currently living in the airport, he has a cot. All flights are canceled.
